So, I’ve been meeting myself half way – not good enough.

I decided to lose weight, and get abs and be healthy and all that.

I found out that those sort of goals are unmeasurable, so they are likely not going to happen. Fuck logic man.

I have been diligent with my gymming, I quite enjoy going for a jog before hitting the weights. I’ve been doing 21minutes of HIIT… usually along the lines of

Changing the intervals every minute from 6km/ph to (up to) 14km/ph.

I get my heart rate up to 180bpm at the end of the fast bit and then try to get it backdown to 150bpm or below for the walking period.

I’m still eating shit though… it is so hard not to eat chocolate in the UK. It all tastes so good!
