The idea behind BeBetterBen started way back in 2012. Seems like a lifetime ago, but basically I wanted to do something new every month, I documented it all down and had some great times, like being free from TV and Facebook for a month and some bad times, like going into shaking fetal positions and cold sweats from the withdrawals of giving up coffee. Yup, that one sucked.
Doing these things really opened my eyes, made me a better version of me, I just want to be better. My life is starting to feel a bit “how’s it going” so I think putting it up here for everyone to witness will help me. I know, selfish right? I also hope to help at least one other person get through something they need to get through.
